Quest NPC only accept first Slot
Quest NPCs that would normally accept multiple items (even ones that request multiple items) only accept the first item and the others are eaten. Capt. Bosec (Left Goblin Ears) only accepts one ear at a time. Lashun Novashine (bone chip quest in Qeynos) asks for two bone chips, but if you hand him two, unstacked bone chips, he accepts the first and eats the second. This is great for MQing simple quests, but doubles the time it takes to do the turn ins for for this quest.
