This site was never updated after the
epic patch. However it did show rangers' dodge and parry skillcap before the boost, and what rangers here on P1999 have now. You can use the arrow on top of the page to navigate backwards. You'll see the site never got any updates

Websites detailing rangers' skill caps 12 years ago were scarce. If the devs need any more evidence I'm willing to spend more time on it.
