What did you do release velious secretly to some of your friends or box a couple hundred toons in a hidden zone?
Besides in reality no new guild took over considering TMO has emulated everything IB ever did.... try to monopolize the spawns no matter if they needed them or not, do a PR campaign, and when that didn't work adopt a guild to pad their numbers/boost the "positivity".
