As far as the NAKED wizards? I found them to be a humongous joke on my friend's 55 necro.
If resists worked correctly, you could deflux spam down most wizards and an ebolt will still bury them.
You'd hafta pay more attention to /who when wearing your full suit of great shit.
Keep in mind, if resists were fixed? You'd be very safe from roots etc.
Nihilum has the most access to no drop gear, and with a working system should be in favor of this.
Players new to the server that don't have a guild will also have something to play for.
It's more win/win than you think.
