is asked fairly often. I'll try and answer it.
I do the IP exemptions when I'm sitting in front of my dev computer, and I'm on the live server.
If you post in the proper section, with the required information, it shouldn't take longer than a day or 2. If there are issues which require me elsewhere, they get done first.
