Default Puppet String charge / Pegasus Cloak loot rights
Looking to get an OT hammer. Offering 3k.
Also looking for someone who can hunt the Quillmane for me for a Pegasus Cloak. Willing to pay for services of someone who knows the cycle and can get one in a fair amount of time.
