So I killed Drusella last night and before her gruesome death she hit me with ignite blood. I know different people are saying different, contradictory things, but Nizzar is right, there's a bug where often dots/buffs show up in the wrong spot so you have to click off your buffs to dispel them. One thing that can cause it is if you have a buff in the top slot, click it off, and immediately after replace it - the server will think the original buff is still there so according to the server your new buff/dot is in another slot.
