Dude you're not a bad player and I've never called you that.
What I slammed you for is not solo pvping enough and if I recall the squalid buff order I see in your shots, because frankly, you should know better.
If you think guys like Letsjoe, Kringe, Lethdar etc are bad.. you are high on that super dope.
Isn't this really about some mad over heels fight about some WoW account or something? Seriously? Do you all know that game is pointless? I'd care more of someone cheated in a game of checkers against me.
I had Letsjoe wreck my FACE on VZTZ 2.0 and say all kinds of horrible things to me. He wasn't the most agreeable fellow when asked to charm a mob (he'd start beating your ass for telling him his business) but I found him and the rest to be some of the most fun people to be guilded with. They knew where everything dropped, where to xp, how to run the plays in every match up. The fact that I could actually pick up a little from each of them here and there 13 years later of playing EQ speaks volumes.
Saying these guys are bad is frankly ridiculous. If you have Stasis and Ames in your guild, let me know how having them along in a fight goes. You don't have to worry about another "Nihilum owned" thread popping up with them being bind camped and crying in tells.
Going on that, where are all the threads of them getting bind camped and viciously owned to the point of rage tells?
The only high crime I can charge them with is being very firm in their assertions that certain people cannot be guilded with them. Not keeping famed cheaters like Fallen in our guild or picking up the best warrior on the server (who rolled one and stuck with it), Hughman you could say was another mistake. But you do have to respect their reasons for keeping a tight guild. I certainly tried to persuade them into being a little more liberal in their inviting when the numbers were down but it didn't matter at the time and they were right.
The reason I don't play here isn't worth stating and getting into an argument over again. Facts are facts. After "the incident" many of them said we're done here. I was one of the 75% who stuck around and I left after seeing another major and repeated incident.
I understand not being guilded by them at the time was an irritation for you, but it appears to have worked out to what makes you happy in the long run. I understand they wouldn't guild you, there were harsh words etc. But calling them bad? Come on now son.
The buy back in for me (you will see me in game and vastly undergeared when it happens, no qualms!) is item loot and a fix to the resist system. It's more than just I want to kill players and loot their shit. It's the fact that in a working resist system, there's risk and reward for wearing gear. Rolling in 120+ all resists is quite an advantage in a classic resist system, but its also a risk. Hell, I'd kill someone on Rallos and destroy my own Frog crown and loot theirs. Those were a pain in the ass to farm back as most classes solo.
I'd end up ganking around with Bundy on my return, but as he'll tell you, getting rooted on a bard running around with 160mr is just not somewhere we want to spend our time. The resists need major work in a few places and as your guildie pal Dullah agrees, some people really were hoping for a true classic Rallos server here or at least it would be much more seriously worked on (worked on at all in the last few months). Nilbog wanted this too, but I'm sure he was told over and over and over "no no it will kill everything if we don't use custom resists and custom everything". Well look at you all now. As the red and blue servers go on and classic changes are implemented, most people are coming to appreciate the challenge or the feel of legitamacy playing with the classic rules/fixes in place.
