FTEWSRF = first to engage with sufficient raid force

I would recommend that all monks get some Javs. Then I would like to see the A-Team, Go Team Good Guys, Peace Pipe, Warlords, Full Circle, Flawless Victory, or whatever small guild can come and snipe FTE and get raid loot. Because it seems you do not need be able to kill the raid target it. Just FTE snipe a raid target is good enough and wait for the TMO-zerg to get you loot
