You can easily bypass the launcher completely:
Follow Step 4 (EQHost File) and Step 5 (Creating a Shortcut) on the EQEmu site. Once you do those two things you can just click the EQ shortcut on your desktop to launch Project99 and bypass the EQEmuLauncher completely:
The Launcher patches files in every time you use it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] so I don't bother with it until patch day (and even then I tend to manually rename old files and zip the new ones in). |
