I didn't realize "a crypt wurm" was the sperm named over here, I thought it involved capital letters. So turns out I just did him too and didn't realize he was a named until I looted:

Just caught The Spectre Sepulchre up again and got an adamantite club off of him too =D
I've got a system down for clearing all 3 named spots outside of the locked room now too, so hopefully I'll get the golem master to pop soon and then I can head over to seb to do those warmups before I get a couple levels and move on to disciple
