I believe the devs mentioned two possibilities; a server reboot, or custom content. Nilbog is quoted as saying cats in the moon not happening under my watch, so I think velious will be the last official expansion the server will see. I'd bet that eventually AA's and such will be discussed
Personally I'd prefer the reboot with everything perfected and tuned
