1. Shouldn't have much trouble doing your quests. A lot of people are in the end game and mid-tier quests and npcs are available.
2. There is a surge of new players, so you shouldn't have too much difficultly finding groups in the populated areas (EC/Oasis/Mistmoore/LoIO/DL/Guk/SolB/KC/Seb).
3. Depends on who you run into. People one-on-one are generally easy going. There is the occasional person that will try to gank your camp, but they are few and far between for the most part. Raiding is a whole other matter at this time. The server staff is revising the raiding rules which should help smooth things over, and Velious will help even more.
