So I did some research about this and found nothing conclusive other than items could be recharged.
Conclusively, research stated that the lore information for the items state which type of mana battery is required to recharge the items.

Research also indicated that the Box of the Void wasn't necessary if you happened to be a Gnome Tinkerer. When creating these combines, it would be nice to know if I need to add Toolbox as a possible container.
