Can I just copy the files in the folder on my main PC to my laptop? What are my options? Only titanium I see is on Amazon for an insane amount.

Is it the folder you use for P99? If so, definitely copy them over (decent USB stick or whatever you have)....a CD-R if not.
Might take a while to transfer all the files but I've done this and it worked fine for me

Nobody should be buying expensive copies of Titanium from Amazon, that should be the last of last resorts...most people have some "EQ friends" who will be happy to pass across their copy if you really need the "CD"...
