Paineel guards are very undercamped and an excellent choice for enchanters if you enjoy charming.
Assuming you're agnostic...
Stick your erudite illusion on, say "I needz keyz" to one of the guards at the newbie area, get into Paineel...and hunt around for some dark blue con guards (they scale up, you can start in teh 20s I think).
Charm one/attack another, let them go at it... make sure your pet survives with around 10% health. Cancel charm, nuke pet... (usual charm script).
No faction hit on Paineel guards, bank/vendors on site to sell weps and keep your weight down from the FS weps they drop...and the best part is there's rarely a soul in sight.
Great semi-afk camp, great camp generally... don't forget to bind, just in case.
