Staff of the wheel quest
P1999 wiki states that you need to be 35 to hand in mats, but allakhazam site states 30. Any idea what is correct? I tried hailing the quest giver today but no luck, although I saw a lvl 27 Wiz with staff of wheel today so I'm very confused. We're there any changes recently to this quest ?
