aye, Knight of Sathir can spawn anywhere off the three-tiered room.
and yeah, i guess pulling that top reaver is an issue. I cleared out a corner inside the castle on the bottom floor of pathers and static mobs and used that area, single pulled a dark blue to there, and then singled the first reaver to there and killed it.
