What, exactly, are the requirements for forming a guild? Maybe my search skills are just bad, but I can't find specifics. The wiki is a little vague:

I'd just like to know the following:
1) Do we have to be in the same location? In a party?
2) Does the 5+ include myself, or is it a total of 6+?
3) Do the GMs really care, or is this just an informal guideline?
I'm just asking because I have a list of people interested in a
roleplay guild but, seeing as how most seem to be very casual, it might be a while before we get six in the same place at the same time.
