Basically with the RoA and haste/tola robe/wolf form/bedlam str I can do 15-20 dps depending on the mob. This is nice when
a) using the animation with its crap dps, because you can dodge hits
b) when the mob is massively MR
It's not an OP item really, but IMO it isn't a toy either.
