yeah i was going to say the same thing. even though you reset bios i would check to make sure you have the most recent (compatible) bios to your processor. manufacturers sometimes set your computer to an old bios that actually isnt compatible with your mobo / cpu combination. check the compatibility for your mobo and processor combination and flash those bios. there are great standard instructions online for flashing bios
