Pretty cool post/idea. How many such artifact GM events were there on live?
I see a few potential problems with the event you laid out, but obviously that's just a concept outline and not a finished product. Its too bad someone with the knowledge of how to code such an event couldn't just team up with someone who is heavy on lore knowledge to make such an event and then have it approved by rog/nil/sirk/ephi, but this would probably lead to one guild knowing the encounters/quests before the event itself.
We can dream tho!
