I was looking for this guy for a while in TT, so I checked out the wiki and it listed a loc of (-1900,1200) so I checked it out and after a few minutes the guy roamed right near that spot and then headed south. Doesn't get picked up on track an awful lot because hes near the south side of the zone. Goodluck =D
