Clearly there are a lot of MQ flagged accounts from the past out there that were forgiven, and they are not being banned randomly every day. So that means that you must have done something to actively get this account banned. What was it? Did you load up MQ2 again?
Or are you claiming the GMs were just "mad" at you and since your account was marked as an MQ2 user they decided to ban you, even though this has never been documented as happening to any other MQ2 flagged account in the history of this server, and there are still 100s of MQ2 flagged users running around who haven't been "unlucky"?

As an officer, I looted a Trakanon loot item (Dragon guts) The trak fte was in question, so all items were taken by GM's, who then saw that there was an undated flag. (GM's do not see dates of flags, Rogean can though) At this point, they banned the char.
