If you're evil you can probably sell for normal prices at the outpost (unless you're a lizard).
There's a vendor at the rock pool type area (near Warslik's) who sells to everyone but her prices aren't great.
Other than that, if you're desperate for a vendor you probably want to bank as well so it might be a case of going to FV (if you're not evil)
