Default Kaggy Krup
Is he supposed to be in this early? He is a level 55 Froglok that spawns in the "Froglok Town" in Swamp of No Hope, and is involved in skull quest 8. Was getting the parts for skull quest 5 when he aggro'd onto my pet. Not sure if he should be in game yet.
