It's uncommon. The wiki page was mostly copied from Allakhazam (2012 era EQ). Feel free to edit it... anyone can.

I know, I wasn't sure though, I didn't want to edit a source of information adding information I wasn't sure about. Like I said, I didn't know if the database's droprate was wrong or if the wiki was wrong. Now I know though
