- Started in Gfay when created
- Grinded faction for Kelethin
- Guards changed, Lily Ashwood did not
- Listed as no faction(s) on wiki
Nothing at all works when I try to start this. If she is on a specific faction where conning indifferent won't start it, none are listed. Is this quest broken?
