Quickness
Enchanter spell Quickness.
I know this has been posted before, but this is really a huge issue...
At level 16, Quickness only lasts 4 minutes, 12 seconds. This is nowhere near what the tooltip says of 11 minutes. I remember distinctly being pissed (on live server) that it only lasted about 10 minutes, and not longer like most buffs.
This is definitely a bug. Can someone please fix it? Also, I'm not sure if other haste spells are bugged too.
