I have a few questions regarding westwastes. You may assist me by helping to research and discuss the following. I know some of these existed, but I need to know specifically.. should they be in at launch? If not, approximately when to add if still within the Velious timeframe.
1. shipwrecked pirates. How long should the Breezeboot's Frigid Gnasher quest work? Is Engineer Toc classic or did he replace Breezeboot Swordrattler?
2. The Dragon Sage. Was he added with Velious release? If not, when. Involved with dragonsbane.
3. Quest Notorious Mercenaries. Julius Oresco/Grenth Drakesbane. When was this added?
4. Fusibility Research (Strength of the Elements) Makil Rargon/Guardian Kozzalym. When was this added?
5. Quest Leuz's Task. Should this exist with the Scout and Kromzek warriors?
6. Shardwing Courier. Quest Wenglawks the Traitor.
7. Few npcs, are these classic from Velious launch?: drake outcast, scar guardian, rogue dire wolf.
It saves me a great deal of time to continue working in lieu of researching.

1: The broken part was the Iceclad ground spawn, the rest was intact all through PoP, if you had a banked plank you could MQ it. Last documented find of the Iceclad item was on Jun 28 2001, so 6 months after release.
2: Wrath spells qere completed on 4/4/01 according to Graffe.com archive.

I found an npc named the dragon sage in this zone. He gave me a long history on norrath and talked about Veeshan and the the age of scale, etc. I talked to him for a while and he told me about a plant that dragons fear, but he gave me a coin to give to a Giant Tomekeeper and that he would know more.
