I've done it for one of my monk's turn ins (bard handed KC pipe, rogue handed in Chardok pipe, monk handed in lost circle robe and got WF just fine). Quests that are written to support multi-questing do not care how many people there are turning in items, nor how long it takes between hand-ins for that matter either (anything that "kills" the NPC though, obviously, will start a new item pool).
