I was researching for a while how to be able to bank in NFP as an Iksar, and most posts on wayback and monkly-buiness revolved around smashing enough orcs and turning in enough belts (Good quest, with Cain in the warrior guild).
I was finally able to get into NFP, be apprehensive with the Kights of Truth, just to find out that I was KOS to bankers as well.
I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, but it strikes me as odd that none of the iksar faction guides on the web pointed this out. Is it possible that with the faction adjustments that took place a few months ago the bankers were set to a faction the don't belong in?

You can bank while FD, also your faction changes when you are in skelly form. Try that.
