Well, Beric did lose his eye somehow... It would be kind of weird to hear someone mention "oh this dude has died like 4 times and Thoros keeps bringing him back some how, and it happened off screen so just believe it pls". I think we'll be learning about the Undying part of the Lightning Lord tomorrow evening after his duel with the Dog!
