I know that you can't give npc's items anymore. I remember a friend from live that played on red, give a no drop item to a monster let a lvl 1 kill it loot.
Anyway i was just wondering if you can still give money to monsters and if they hold on to it.
a decaying skeleton with 100k might make some noobs day.
