Default [UI] Worn off messages not showin is "PC Spells" is off
Hi.

If the "Pc Spells" filter is set to "Hide", worn of messages don't print.
If the "Pc Spells" filter is set to "Show" or "Show group only", worn of messages print.

It seems to be a bug to me, but maybe it's not.
