are lifetaps unresistable? I think I remember this being the case during live. I know this isnt for enchanters but just curious since I saw fear does not work.

Lifetaps won't really land on boss mobs, did on live. Pretty rare to get it resisted otherwise, but definitely more resistible than live. Charm was removed on live because people would get bugged and it wouldn't break. People were reporting they died and charm was still on iirc. Tstaff eventually was fixed because it was lasting way too long, skean too, but can't remember when that was.
