With 255 dex, on a normal weapon you should proc about 2x per min, and 4-5 on something like staff of withering. So its not like the game will only let you proc once per min, its just the avrg so thats about how often you should proc with 100 dex"
So basically, dex doesnt scale very much and it wont make much of a diff even if u have 100 more dex?
