item loot would need to be all or nothing
variance would be nice because then one guild wouldn't keep every single raid mob within their time window for eternity, and there would be no point in poopsocking to push mobs into your own time window
leaderboard/yt flavor things that don't really improve the game all that much
resists most important thing that needs to change right now, favors zerging heavily like we've been saying it would since the dawn of time
exp bonus also pretty important but when exp loss in pvp is removed i don't think it'll be that big of a deal
