Just throwin it out there...
I eat 1 meal a day, at night, with minimal snacking during the day. Obviously a very poor diet and I'm not trying to lose/gain or anything its just my natural appetite. Wake up go all day without anything but water, when the day is done and im down for the night i make a meal and eat.
My only point i guess is that no a big meal the night before does NOT curb your appetite the next day, because im starving most of the time =p
