Bard's pre Plane of Power(Tuyen's disease,poison) sucked bad enough but here they went that extra mile. Making Tuyen's fire and cold not land for shit and worse yet hit it with the 33% reduction lmfao like they were real dot's.
Bard's were unkillable on live due to selo's breaking root and snare everytime it ticked, ya didn't have to nerf the class to the fucking ground when there dmg is already the worst. If they got that buthurt/raped by the gimpest pvp class pre planes of power they should have just removed it. not made them totally un pvpable unless you consider chaining highsun only during the day pvp.
