People who get out of jail over and over to re-offend seem above the law. All their releases and continued career crimes probably reinforce this fact to them to increase their confidence in committing more crimes
The Young Turks host Ana Kasparian recently was crucified by the left for pointing this out. Critics of her said the person who was released 40 times and recently re-offended by assaulting an unsuspecting person is the real victim here
