Sounds like someone is conflating fascism singularly with Nazism.
Nazi's are only one form of fascism. There have been many fascist regimes in many other countries throughout history. Only one was anti-semitic.

and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
