Hail and Good Daniel to you!
The release of Green is almost upon us, forcing every player to make that most difficult of decisions - what race, class, and face should I play? We shall ease your burden, you need fear not because this choice is an illusion. Your choice is far simpler. Do you choose to be ugly, or do you choose to look like Daniel Day-Lewis?

Daniels are a Green guild about Daniel Day-Lewis. There are many races and many faces in Everquest, but the theme of this guild is simple. An army of halflings with the face of Daniel Day-Lewis, spilling out the gates of Rivervale to the great world beyond, hootin' and hollerin' across Norrath, getting into trouble, acting silly, having fun and getting out of the early levels of Everquest. Each one, of course, singing the praise of Daniel's perfect face and name the entire time. And our Daniel has a plan for us all.
(Enchanters are also eligible for membership provided they choose the correct face so that they may Illusion: Halfling and join in the extremely handsome fun. Please refer to the Danielface Chart, and be mindful we'll start in Rivervale and move towards Qeynos and Odus before trekking back. Most Daniels will be in this area.)
Naturally, Daniels who are not Enchanters will begin their adventures in Rivervale, honing their skills, getting fit and buff (like Daniel Day-Lewis), completing the abundance of good-as-hell Rivervale quests, and slaying the weaker beasts of Misty Thicket for quest items to use in their DANIEL-themed journey. Young Halflings are weak and impressionable, and not all will have heard the good face of Daniel, but they shall be convinced. They must be taught that they have the wrong face early in their life, so that they may rectify this mistake before they fall into the trap of sunk-cost-fallacy, and end up convincing themselves that it is better to live as an uggo than to start all over. Daniels will explain their uggo nature and how to fix it, before it is too late.

As they conquer the Misty Thicket, Daniels will pool their resources and skills to create their first patchwork armor and tarnished weapons. When the Daniels reach level 9, we'll bank our supplies and streak naked, beautiful and perfect as the day we were born as Daniels, on the long and arduous trek to Qeynos, in pursuit of completing our quests and beginning new ones. Onward to Qeynos, the Daniels shall proceed through the Goblin Citadel and the Beholder Gorge, and our handsome swarm shall descend upon the various gigantic-ass Karanas, shouting DANIEL DAY-FREAKIN-LEWIS the entire time.

Once the Daniels arrive in Qeynos we will acquire magic weapons to fight the undead and wisps plaguing Erud's Crossing. The hooting and hollering shall continue there, bringing the Good Face of Daniel to the Dark Men of Odus. Then we will turn away from the land of pearl-clutching and skunk-smashing to continue our journey in North and South Karana. Finally, wealthy and powerful like Daniel Day-Lewis himself, the Daniels will return to confront the first of many foolish, uggo kings to come: The Goblin King of Runnyeye.
There is no Discord or application process and no requirements beyond having a powerful adventuring spirit and the most beautiful possible face in EverQuest.
