ppl in many poor countries can do more with $10 than we can with $100 and that also is partly a mindset issue westerners have gotten themselves into, while also coming down to legalities and taxes and regulations, IP laws, etc
ppl making bank bootlegging CDs/dvds in other countries still tho u wont see that here cuz of modern convenience and netflix and congress critters shutting down the free trade of information and hollywood bottlnecking the publishing and production of information
there was a slight boom in youtube content, however that is ded, and covid wounded it, dunno or dont think it will ever recover if you want to be a youtuber u gotta have an impeccable resume and a phd in social media manipulation now
i suppose a few niche markets that amaetures could break into and grow within will still happen, butt now ppl like asmongold, and even smaller studios all have multi person studios producing content to make money and the smaller ones barely break even, they make basically $12 an hr for their 12 hr day efforts producing content and technical knowledge they will be behind the food service ppl soon.
The solution is a strong government putting the boot to big megacorps and international banks, that cannot and will not happen tho. So G-d bless and enjoy the rapture!!!
