@LiQuid - Reach out to any member in game if you came from BG and we should be able to process you in, no hassle.
@LiQuid & Verityn - So far there doesn't seem to be a vocal large chunk of players going to green. This could easily change come launch, but as of now there is no "official" plan for AG -> Green
