Hey all, so here is the controversy:

OPTION #1
Higher DMG weapons are better - - because mobs AC reduces a # of dmg points (not %)

OPTION #2
Lower DELAY weapons are better - - because mobs AC reduces a % of dmg points (not #)

Please respond with facts, not so much opinions if all possible, I've tried to parse this myself but its difficult with ratios that are different on weapons.

TL;DR (lol): Does the mobs AC mitigate a # of dmg points or a % of dmg?
