Qeynos has some good stuff. And putrid rib bones are still great.
But rabid wolves were nerfed.
I think qhills is perfect when pop is light or it's not very heavily contested.
Tox>Warren's is surprisingly fast, I did 1-12 there in around 19 hrs numerous times without any help.
