Might be true but 95% of the pop on blue havent even zoned in to ToV; so dont know what I'd rather.

My paladin today got a nice weapon from ToV today; you wanna know what he did with it after raids? Forced another player to gate in PvP. You know what a blue Paladin would have done? /camped after the raid.

anyone can come see the content once they reach the appropriate level to app for a top guild . If they choose not to be a member of a raiding guild then they wont see raid targes / loot
