Why take the kid away?
Why didn't the government go "Uhh, okay. Well then have this guy's blood. He didn't get the vaccine. I don't care."
What if the parents were concerned about HIV or Hep C?
Does the government say "Fuck you! Give me your kid!"?
Why take the kid? It makes no sense.
