If you said all those things to someone in a crowded place IRL, you could be charged and prosecuted for a misdemeanor crime if your victim wanted to press charges. If that happeneed, I believe you should have to either spend 10 days in jail OR pay a fine. The fine should be $2000. $1000 to your victim (MisterBonkers) and $1000 to the state of California.
